The rooftop terrace offered stunning views after a day of exploring, and the complimentary water taxi to Murano was a delightful surprise that enhanced our Venetian experience.

I loved this property - quaint little hotel.
The whole experience was very good. Staff were patient, atmosphere was quiet, it had magnificent location next to key attractions first thing, the primary tourist locations and the water taxi. I had a tastefully decorated and normal double room with a fantastic view as well as historical interior and everything was really good.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location directly at the Rialto bridge is hard to beat.
The beds can be improved. Woolen blankets wrapped in sheets no longer meet the demands of today's world

The location of the hotel directly on the Rialto Bridge. Nevertheless, it was pleasantly quiet in our room. The decor is antiquarian, but we are in Venice.
The breakfast room was cramped and the room temperature was too cold. Breakfast itself was okay.

Central location, friendly staff and breakfast with a view of the Rialto bridge has something - in any case recommendable!

The suit was large, very air-conditioned, very quiet and absolutely clean. The bathroom is pure pleasure. The location was great and just a stone's throw from the stop for the "water buses".. The breakfast left nothing to be desired.. There was the possibility of a free trip to Murano.. The reception was very polite.. We will be back

Location of Hotel 1A. Breakfast was OK, but not outstanding
Music of the sandwich bar below the hotel from 4h in the morning was more than annoying; I also complained in the hotel and got a discount.

Super room with direct view to the Rialto bridge and the Canale Grande. Very nice staff, very nice breakfast, everything as good as always. We'll be happy to come back.

Location is excellent.
The bathroom should be restored, it is impossible to set a comfortable water for showering, everything from tiles to tapsis is at least 25 years old. Also, 2 lamps not working in room.

Excellent location on the Grand Canal and at the foot of the Rialto Bridge. The staff was indifferent and the rooms vary greatly in size and decor. The first room I was offered was awful. The second was only slightly better. The third was a charm....beautiful, old-world, with modern bathroom.
The staff could use a dose of "nice".

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace with stunning views over the Grand Canal made for a perfect morning. The efficient staff made our anniversary celebration seamless and memorable.
